Re: Xbox game cloud does not load my current NFS:U progress and starts me from 0

First, to confirm CrossPlay and CrossProgression are 2 separate game features, any game is required to have these features built-in. 

• Cross-play - You can play with players on different platforms
• Cross-progression - Your progress will go with you to different platforms. 

If you started playing NFS Unbound on Steam or the EA app and moved over to an Xbox or the Xbox Cloud Beta (which uses Xbox saves) your progress will not move over as NFS Unbound does not have cross-progression.
