This is likely an incompatibility between the HDR implementation in the game and Dolby Vision, a feature on your TV.

While this issue is still occurring, disabling HDR on your console/PC may be required for the game to display correctly.

    @EA_Barry Oh, but it doesn't. Setting it to SDR has its own set of issues. Like the super hot white point that exists for no good reason. Contrast is definitely set too high too. Both my displays are professionally calibrated so I know it's not them.

    Also, asking me to turn off a feature that I bought the TV specifically for is a pretty poor solution. You're saying that every time I wish to play this on my PS4 that I have to disable HDR on the console, and then re-enable it for the games that have spectacular HDR implementation. Luckily my main is my PC and I have found workarounds for this HDR problem on my PC else I'd have a serious problem with your 'solution'.
