Please boot your console in Safe Mode and choose Option 5, Rebuild Database.

@EA_Barry Happening to me on xbox and I have tried restarting and refreshing several times and it happens most of the time to me

go to system settings network go to Mac address clear console will reboot keep controller wired problem solved
