I'm really sorry for you then... I predicted there would be a price drop, and Black Friday substantially undercut the RRP in only a week or so after release. But still, I haven't bought it what with the damage bar, lack of content, general community complaints, and lacklustre DLC from a supposed "live service..." List goes on unfortunately (Sorry to go off-topic!)

Hope you're keeping well and that you're enjoying Heat as much as you can! In the meantime, I'll be on Most Wanted 2005, Carbon, and Payback.

No need to apologize, brother, yeah like many I bought the game before launch date on pre-order.

Too bad I didn't know what I know now, that my money was more a gift for EA pocketbooks and a game of lemons for me.

The advertisement for each game that comes out is always amped up and it sure works. LOL

Yeah, way too many issues in this game even with all the updates.

I seem to read about certain ones that just don't go away.

Now and again I come across new ones not talked about, but for the most, the main ones keep getting posted.

Sadly Ghost Devs must either be trying to work it out but can't or they just flat out gave up on certain complaints! 

Either way this game will not be fixed completely is my opinion when the DEV team does walk away from the game.

I'd be shocked if everything got fixed the way the community wants it fixed before Ghost DEvs gave up on this Heat Game.

Yeah, the NFS situation is rather disheartening... This was THE 25TH anniversary of Need For Speed! So many improvements over Payback, but at what costs?

I'm honestly not sure where we're going from here, since the game appears to have stagnated horribly; with the community in disarray, it won't be long until the meagre live service has it's plug pulled as well... Guess there might be a few more Black Market vehicles?

On another note, were you aware of the developer move? GHOST Studios won't be in charge anymore! Can you believe, they're bringing back Criterion? Don't know whether it bodes well for future installments though... There should be some articles around if you need more info.

Oh yeah, I was aware of the deal that Criterion will be back in charge of the series.

This is really, in my opinion, a shift of workers going from ghost studios to Criterion.

We shall see what becomes of the future with the NFS franchise. 

Right now Heat has its moments of fun like for me just cruizing around in free roam when I'm thinking about life.

The storyline is a distant past thing for many of us in the community.

It would be good to see the next game focusing on what Heat did not come with on an opening day.

The next game needs proper Wheel Support day one, and proper working functions in the game without all the bugs and glitches.

The community deserves a high-end competitive game day one not months later! 

Glad you brought that point up about the changing of Studios.
