I did, and all they told me was to wait. Iv been waiting for almost a week without any changes, I have reinstalled the game and verified its files twice now.
Same here. Seems like EA simply doesn't care. Which makes me inclined to just refund the game, and if they don't I'll just chargeback coz this is a shame. I even tried making a 3rd ticket today and apparently the help page isn't working. So I guess they can't even sort that much out.
