I'm trying to connect to the servers, but nothing happens.
I know that EA shuts down servers for games that are old, like Mirror's Edge Catalyst (servers will be shut down next month).
I read TrueAchievements to know when support (and servers) will end for which game, but I can't find anything about problems with servers for this game (NFS Hot Pursuit (360)).
Usually EA announce when servers will be shut down for a certain game, and I hope that this is only a problem that can be solved instead of a shadow/without notice server shut down.
How can I know if the servers are still up? I don't want to just log in every day and spent 1 or 2 hours trying to get online for unlocking the last achievements that I need

These servers are still up. Did you try what I suggested previously?
Yes.
When I tried to connect on Friday, I turn on my Xbox and after that I played NFS. I didn't play on Xbox before that.
Also, another friend tried to connect (for unlocking the achievements), and he couldn't connect.
Also, why did you post on March that the game was already sunset? That were true and EA reverted the decision? Or that info was false?
Anyway, like the OP said, the problem isn't from Xbox or the routers, is from EA's servers
I'll try on Monday, but I don't expect that this time it will work

I was mistaken on that. It was removed from EA Play, but the servers are still up and there are people actively playing on them. Let me know what happens when you can try what I suggested.
I tried again today, and I had the same problem.
I don't know if maybe because no one else is playing the game, the servers are just up for some hours and after that the servers are down or if it's really that the servers are down (at least for Europe)
I tried to connect at 13:00, GMT+1
Every time that I start playing, the game shows that can't connect to Autolog. After that brief moment, every time that I try again the message is so fast than I can't read about Autolog, but it's obviously the problem.

Are you saying that sometimes you can connect and sometimes not? As a test, can you try connecting using a mobile hotspot instead?
No, what I tried to say is that when I start playing, I can see the message of Autolog failing to connect. After that message, every time that I tried to connect it's less than 5 seconds, so I can't read exactly what the message says.
It's like Autolog tried to connect for the first time, after waiting a minute or less, Autolog times out and throw the message that was unable to connect. After that, it's like Autolog wasn't trying to connect.
If I close the game and start playing again, it's exactly the same problem. Autolog tried to connect and I have to wait 1 minute, and the message about Autolog unable to connect appears.
About trying a mobile hotspot, the first Xbox 360 consoles don't have integrated Wi-Fi, so I use a cable internet connection

Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. Try opening a case with an advisor here so they can look in to it further. Cases can be opened here. Thanks!
I wrote an email, and at the end I got the answer that I need to report this as a bug in the forums.
So my last question is:
Is there a special forum/place where I have to write to report this problem as a bug? Or just writting here is enough?
I started a case they sent me here to start a topic. I concerned with this issue on march 2023 when servers didn’t work. After some time it was fixed and last successfull log in was on 30.09.2023. Now servers are off again ( started about at end of November till today)
I Have the same problem the Need For Spped Hot Pursuit Servers for XBOX 360 are not reachable!
Servers are up again
