@bruanor09 I never use this option unless it’s after the whistle. Hold LB/L1 and press the select/back button (left center button) way easier.

It's a 50% chance it works. I've played hundreds of games as goalie offline and it is very hit and miss. You can get to the bench and spam it and it won't work until you fill the bar 50% of the time.
Also not to mention you can't pull the goalie after a goal (so if you're down two goals, press start, pull the goalie) from being down 2 it just won't work. You still have to manually skate to the bench.
