Freezing when setting up ea account in NFS heat

Hi Barry,

I have done this 4 times over 48hours and u was told that the in game team were going to take a look at this issue and try and resolve it. 
I feel as though I’ve tried every solution and it is still not working as of this AM

@wavaymbp1993 Have you had any progression with this? I am experiencing the same issue.

I have been told that you can play the game when you disconnect from the internet and play offline. This defeats the purpose of playing online and is not a suitable solution. Especially when you pay for a game that provides half the features. 

it’s not a case of not being able to play it it’s during the set up it asks you connect an ea account but then the screen freezes during this time it’s been 3 days and the issue still isn’t resolved
