Need better auto-kick players scoring on own team (World of Chel 6s) [Video]

Hello,

I've been playing this game for many years and i know what i could get myself into if i decide to play drop-in 6s in world of chel by myself.

I had just play a game where I had a troll defensemen and an idle goalie for the whole game ... and not one of them got kicked for their poor "sportsmanship" . The game ended like 22-4. See attached video to see a sample of the game experience I had and will explain below:

Issues:

1) Scoring on own net

Usually when you score on your own net (by passing or shooting), you eventually get kicked for poor sportsmanship. This defensemen was simply skating to our own goalie and made a deke with the puck to score on our own net. He/she made the same own goal like 12 to 16 times ... and never got kicked! This seriously needs to be overlooked by EA in order to prevent these awful game experiences.

2) Idle goalie

As a forward or defensemen, if you are idle in a game, you eventually get kicked in a 3s or 6s game. For some reason, as a goalie, if you are idle, you don't get kicked. When this happens, it totally ruins the game experience. EA has to implement some sort of detection when goalie idling or not even playing. This goalie has not moved at all in the game and never got kicked.

Hope this gets passed along to the EA Dev/Product team and implement stricter rules to avoid these scenarios and enhance the game experience.

Thanks

@johnybbadd OMG I would of lost my [REMOVED]. I can't stand people like this. But hey we have female player and refs now and Hut got another update, not like EA is going to fix this any year

Edit: Removed profanity. Please keep your posts free of swearing per the Answers HQ rules. -CM

@Spawnessj Yeah, they don't have time to fix this. Next year we will get more clothes to express ourselves so we look cool when a "teammate" gets 10 own goals.

.. If this mode isn't important why do we keep adding clothes?

Would adding something to combat this be THAT difficult if we have a system in place that kicks players for poor team play and we have systems in BAP that let's you know when you're out of position or make awful plays? I can't see how this would take more than a few days to implement.. maybe the team only has 1-2 devs and they only work a few days a year.. I have no clue.. worst part is you will run into this every 3-5 games.. and we wonder why the population when we're searching is so low.. female refs and cool clothes will make up for it though!
  • They are the worse, particularly the goalies that never get auto kicked even if they run to the neutral zone taking penalties all game.

What I do whenever I see a troll is I block them so when you see them again in the lobbies, there's the red circle on their profile picture so you know to back out. The process to block a player, particularly from a different console can be a bit complicated particularly when you are timed during the post game before going back to the dressing room. They need to add a simplified way to block or adds an icons on players that purposely throw up games. By the same time, they should add a way to add an icon for the players you liked to play with such as a green circle or ''check'' that add up to their profile picture...so you know right away in the lobbies who are the good and bad apple without the need to friendlist every descent players you meet in drop ins....

  • Well it’s in the “game”. But fixing this not a high priority (like others have mentioned). The in game report is hideously outdated. Easy fixes would be better matchmaking, option to match goalies, blah blah blah. No point in getting too worked over it anymore. Nothing happens or if it does it’s good for a week or two then back to the drawing board.
