If you go to My Collection and hit Y/Triangle, does it come up in that search? Change the collection type to X-Factor.

    Nope, it's not there or anywhere where i could find it. Tried restarting game multiple times. Relogging to HUT multiple times etc. I made also support ticket from it. I only see Xfactor Crosby that i got from doing xfactor sets. Xfactor Larkin that came from Xfactor pack i bought from the store with 75 000 coins is gone somewhere. I do think i got other cards from that pack though that i can sell. But that specific one is gone hiding.

    Yeah someone did, by asking me what my email is, what platform i play on and do i have access to my email adress. I sometimes wonder does anyone actually read information given in those support tickets... All that information was sent to them when ticket was made. Super annoying to go trough useless support questions when game itself is not working as intented. Also i wonder as ticket was made in Finnish trough Finnish EA support that will anyone actually be reading it or asking me same questions again.

    Someone will be able to read it and respond. They need to ask these questions to verify ownership of the account. They can't discuss any details without that.

    Hello again.


    This support ticket system is one big joke to be honest. I have so far gotten no help from any of them. They keep sending me same general answers, asking same questions and nothing is happening with my case. Can you do something about it?
