Hi there, @Wauner11 

Are you asking if PS+ is required? If so, it might be. I'm trying to find out for you, but I'll be heading out for a few days shortly here so I probably won't have an answer until Tuesday. You should be able to share PS+ with family members. If you're not doing that, try enabling it. Instructions for this are listed here.

Edit: PS+ is required for roster updates. Try going through the instructions to share it with your family. That should let you download the rosters.

    No. Just a general PSN. When I go to the roster updates it says that I am not signed in and therefore can’t retrieve the roster update. I even tried using my PSN under their account but it doesn’t let me because it says only one PSN account per PS4 user. I was playing around with trying to save the roster file onto a USB, and then uploading it to each of my kids accounts. Unfortunately it also required me to be signed into PSN. Thanks.

    Sorry for the confusion. It sounds like you had them signed in as a guest. Yes. They would need to have their own accounts to download roster updates.

    I’m thinking, after all of my research on this that I'm just going to have to create PSN and EA accounts for each of them and then disable them after I get the roster update. 

    Seems ridiculous, but I can’t seem to figure anything else out after weeks of digging.

    @Wauner11 

    You should be able to add their PSN IDs to your EA account. They would be created as child accounts and their access to online play would be restricted if they are under 13. This is in compliance with COPPA regulations. Apologies for the frustrating experience ☹️
