Is there any bonus to dialed in before 15 saves? It’s one of the best perks in my opinion but you rarely get to 15 saves until 3rd period in EASHL.

So i went to x factor token set where you trade in 40 72+ cards for a token.I added 12 tradable cards to send them to trade pile after directly from the set and they just vanished.The count on the left says 12/40 but the players are not there in any of the 2 pages that's there.Only happens with tradable players .Have seen others having same exact issue with this set.Contacted ea support and they said to make a post here.Can someone help me get my players back and fix the set in general so it doesn't glitch out in the future?

I didn't receive my 84 Hughes brothers pack on nhl 25. Why ? I got every other pack

Lost upgraded icon Lundqvist randomly in NHL 25. He just disappeared. Any way to get him back? 

Not getting coins for all objectives. Completed my last weekly yesterday morning and didn't get the 7000 for the objective or the 10000 for completing all weekly objectives. Did daily after and didn't get 500 for one of them so I lost out on 17500 coins yesterday Support told me to wait and see. This morning nothing. I just completed 2 dailys while chatting with support and got no coins. So 18500 in the last 2 mornings. I've probably missed out on more all week but only noticed because of not getting 17000 for the weekly's in one shot. Reached out to support again and said to post on forum because they couldn't do anything. Crazy issue and bad support.

Take a look at those objectives again. The reward is HUT XP. Not coins. This goes towards the XP path.

 Yet another year with a game that is still a beta being released before it’s working properly!! Charging us AAA title money for a game that’s only focus is hut and micro transactions!! Must say that card art gets better every year hope you’re proud of introducing gambling to kids with all this card art!! Drop the price of this rinse and repeat franchise to $30 and continue to rob the children Of mommy’s and daddy’s money while they get that rush of dopamine from actually gambling and not knowing they are!! They should really fix the ai in this game in world of chel 

it’s horrible one second your about to get a goal next second the enemy team either passes your ai in 1 second or your ai is in the back and literally does nothing.

i have two good ideas to fix this problem 

1. Since nhl 25 apparently have the best version of ai they should adapt to the way your club is playing

2. They should add a thing were you can make your ais loadout exactly like what you want them to do that way you can edit them to the way your team plays and would stop people from being able to get by an ai in 3 seconds

I bought the "starter pack" for nhl 25 hut which was supposed to have 500 points and prime pack but it never said that the pack was untradable and I would have not bought the additional dlc if it would have been stated that the pack was untradable. But there was no mention about the pack being untradable and I honestly think it is wrongful marketing. Already contacted Ea help through chat and was told to post here about solving this case.  

On NHL 25 why don't they have the new Cleveland Monsters white jersey? They only have the one from last season.

I can't use my last name in WOC becomes it comes up saying it offensive but I've been allowed to you it online since 2013.  The person that "tried" to help me say he can't do anything on his end because its a terms agreement and the servers pick and choose and mentioned to alter the spelling, so I tried with a name I know played briefly in the NHL being Paetsch, still comes up with being offensive, yet the name is IN THE PLAY BY PLAY CALL LIST but yet Satan isnt offensive which is also in the play by play call list.

i was doing a set in NHL 25, and accidentally added a valuable card due to autofilling by highest overall, specifically Xfactor William Nylander. I spent money and time on the game, and was told that i cannot get the card back, even with video footage. i spoke with previous EA associates as this has happened in the past, and they were able to return the lost item in my inbox. This is a very frustrating experience as I am told by EA live chat that this is the only option, and cannot get a card back that was lost in a completed set due to NHL 25 autofilling cards to sets by highest overall. I was told that “they could not check with the details” when someone I knew internally was previously able to assist.

I'm playing NHL 25 online versus and I've made sure 100 times that it's on "always up" but, I'm going always down and I'm 1-7 and I'm pretty pissed off about it at this point. How do I make it so I'm going up when I play 1v1 online?

Try changing it to Prefer Up. Also, make sure you do this from the settings screen within Online Versus. It should work in the settings outside of that mode, but it would be good to do it here to be sure. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with accidental set submissions. The best I can advise is to be more careful in the future. Make sure you double check the items added after autofilling so you can remove anything you don't want to submit.
