Thank you. I'll pass on these details. I really don't know if this is something we'll be able to fix in your current save. It's possible you may need to start over. Something you can try is deleting the personal saved data, but this also runs the risk of completely deleting your offline saves. If you want to give this a shot, follow these steps:

1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile
2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

I'm not optimistic this is going to fix it for you as normally with BaP and Franchise Mode, when there's an issue that causes a crash, a new career needs to be started.

Happened to me also. These steps did not help unfortunately it looks like I’ll be starting over.

Yeah , same here. Ps5, game completely freezes after coach sim kicks on and he gives me the yoink. Can’t progress any further in BAP. 

this needs to be fixed. If it helps at all my be a pro is a power forward build and it’s part of “the story continues” a few years into your career. It’s when you talk to the coach after he rewards you with the Yoink! ability. On PS4 with no disc, bought from psn
