The servers have been looping excessively in Champs games and for some reason one of the looping games resulted in my opponent getting a win and I got a loss?! Can I please get some compensation or have the loss erased? This is not fair. My case has been reported #104842016

Are your games still looping? If so, let me know what system you're playing on and if you're using a wired or wireless connection. We'll go through some troubleshooting. As far as compensation goes, we don't have that available for disconnecting from games.
There needs to be some answers that are not regarding my personal internet lol. I wouldn’t be posting if my internet was inconsistent. I have gigabit with 7 ping most of the time. I never DC from games. But now the servers are bad and I’m looping 80% of games and occasionally getting losses from it. I’m on Xbox series S

Thanks for the response. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
