Re: [PS4] NHL 22 trial not available after (trying to) reinstalling it

Hi, @The_priceG 

It's disappointing to hear you were not able to take advantage of the Trial for NHL 22 with your EA Play membership. We tend to see this happen during game trial launches where players might accidentally leave the game running without fully closing it down or launching another game without fully exiting, therefore the game time is still running in the background. We gave players a heads up on this at launch and it's understandable that is a tough outcome to accept. We unfortunately are not able to restore any game time to these Trials, it's not a future available through our tools. If you have any concerns about it's impact to your month membership for EA Play, we recommend reaching out to PlayStation Support for any further assistance.

All your progress will transfer to the full game if you decide to purchase it though, so if you do decide to join us on the ice in the future you will pick up right where you left off. Let us know if you have any questions, thank you for reaching out to us on the forums.

    I still had 2 (or less) hours available on my trial. The game just closed itself once it hit midnight on launch day. Since I still had time left, I should be able to download it, but I can't.

    Well, thank you so much for being completely f-king useless. I did my best to describe the problem that I'M STILL CURRENTLY HAVING and you did nothing about it, other than replying with a generic answer THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I WROTE. 

    I have 1h 17min left on my 10 hour trial;

    My EA Play subscription only expires on November 11th;

    My PS4 has only one profile - mine;

    I logged out and back in several times;

    Restored licenses god knows how many times;

    Reinstalled the damn game 3.

    At this point, I can't even be bothered with this crap and I don't even care if you solve the problem. You won't have a f-king dime from me ever again with this useless support.

    I know how you feel. I got the same generic answer from multiple people. They don’t want to listen to what the actual issue is. They think we left the game on overnight or something but don’t want to hear that there is still time remaining on our trials and that the game icon is locked out. Someone at EA messed up and doesn’t want to admit it.
