First off, don't worry about not getting the points. We'll absolutely make sure you get what you paid for.

Sometimes point purchases don't go through when purchased through the Xbox and PlayStation store. Can you double-check your PlayStation account payment history to verify whether the point purchase shows up as completed or pending? If the purchase isn't there at all and you were still charged for it, I recommend contacting PlayStation Support so they can review what happened on your account.

If the points are showing up completed there and you still don't see them in game after power cycling your PS5, contact our Support team with a proof of purchase and we'll get you squared away.
