I will start saving the videos. I adjust the strategies all the time. But the defensive players seem to always be out of position.

like the mod said. the AI has a "learning" tuner of some sort. basically if youre in correct position the AI will be in correct position. if you call for bad passes and things like that, the AI will play worse. the AI best way to utilize the AI is to play good hockey and let them do what theyre gonna do. this isnt full proof and they still suck sometimes but i have found much better success with just letting them do their thing

How do I go about getting my money back? All NHL 22 does is freeze and crash now. The beta and playing early was better than what it is doing now. Going back to NHL 21.

What did you like better about the beta and NHL 21? As far as a refund goes, you'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if that's possible.
