I don't believe there are any contract incentives in the game; what sorts of things were you hoping for?

- @TTZ_Dipsy i was thinking like extra boost to stats or money if 'we' were to reach certain 'numbers' during the season
I believe there is a yearly trait bonus, extra if you play well and win the cup - this happens regardless and won't be tied to any contracts.
Depending on how well you did throughout, you'll almost always earn more on new contracts but I can't remember if you get more spending cash for the passive/active bonuses (massages/cars/houses etc.)
- @TTZ_Dipsy oh so your able to actually negotiate a new contract instead of just being offered one and deciding whether or not to sign it
I heard they managed to fix the ability to talk with your GM (the little chat icon) and I assumed contract negotiations would be a part of it -- I just booted up the game and no, it only allows you to ask for a trade so you're still gonna have to wait until your current contract expires (assuming you want to stick it out with your current team - Forcing a trade will come with a new contract, in theory)
- @TTZ_Dipsy ya chatting with the gm is terrible right now and i don't think they will improve it for this year's one hopefully in nhl 22
Too late for this title but the team has receieved a bunch of feedback with BaP and other modes so I have no doubt changes will be made for the next one.
I'm guessing a reveal should actually be coming fairly soon
