Beware of these Chat Advisors!
If you ever have any ordering problems with any games and you go to chat with the advisor and you get Michael A. Don't chat with him! He will not listening to you and try to blow your problem off as if he don't want to help you and threaten to take your game from you if it not coming up as digital buy in your orders. If you ask for his supervisor and you get connected to Vivek K don't try to state your case in what happened because he would already have sided with Michael A. on the situation and will already make his choice before you get to even explain to him what is going on so he can help you. They are suppose to help us with whatever problem we have not blow us off and end the chat on us while we are in the middle of talking about the situation as what Vivek K did to me. They suck at their jobs and want to say that they care about the problem and situation but they don't.
