@MrAmir2121  If you plan to uninstall the games through the Control Panel, then yes, there could be a difference.  When uninstalling a game, Origin also removes related registry entries, at least some of the time, whereas the Windows uninstall process may not.  So using Origin could be more thorough; I don't know whether this matters for your own purposes.

If you don't want to reinstall Origin and go through the process of locating the games, you could use a tool like Revo Uninstaller to completely remove each game.  (There's a free version.)  Revo will search your entire computer for stray game-related data and is more thorough even than Origin.

    I have already uninstalled Origin followed by all the games...

    Will Revo installer get rid of the left overs too ? 

    what shall I do now ? is it ok to have some registry left overs ?

    @MrAmir2121  You can try using Revo, or CCleaner if you prefer, to remove the registry entries.  Those entries are usually not harmful all by themselves, but they may cause issues if you later want to install the same games.  For example, a game may not launch at all if there are leftover entries from an old install, especially if the way that game is installed has changed in the interim, or if you're switching types of installs, e.g. Origin to Steam or disc.
