Apex - Account Wipe? All content missing after Patch Update.

All of my cosmetics just got taken off of my account! I have spent almost 1K on this game and everything is gone! It's not just me right!?!?

All my purchases and skins are gone along with weapons apex coins and earnings from any battle pass. I just want my progress back. My badges and stats are all there still but only the original legends are playable.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? ALL my progress was gone when I logged into season 9. ALL OF IT, INCLUDING MY HEIRLOOM.
What should be happening instead? I should have THE STUFF I EARNED OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know

I lost everything including my hierloom, BP stuff, and legends. All I have are my lifetime stats.

Okay so my apex was failing to load and so i left it for a few hours while i played on my phone (changing screens every few min to keep from getting kicked hopimg it was just being slow) after 5 hours and no prgress i uninstalled the game and re downloaded it thinking maybe a technical issue on my end (portion of code failing to update) and now it works fine but i lost all my legends (lvl 203 with no legends )

My account has been reset all the way back to the beginning I’m on ps 4

But to the people who think "Its a free game, be patient!". The title of this thread is the sum of all the receipts from origin in my e-mail inbox from Apex purchases. 

So no. This is a nearly $300 game. A nearly $300 game, that at the time of posting this, shows absolutely no record of a single penny being spent on my account. 

Respawn, we're gonna need something better than "We're working on it."

So I bought tons of skins for Apex and just now my entire skin library got whipped I really want to skins I bought I play on Xbox @IAMDEADOFFICAL

my entire acc has been stripped, my 3000 coins, 15000 legend tokens, all my skins, legends, everything and my LL heirloom and im pissed, i want to be reinstated for my stuff
