cant invite friends Xbox One

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? non

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. invite club members/friends
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. non
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) since season 11
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? i cant log into my ea account that i have on my xbox and i cant invite anyone
What should be happening instead? being able to invite people and seeing people online in club
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk

    Hi David thx for your reply but,

    i have already tried many things on my ea account and i am also logd in to a ea e-mail addres that i didn't creat, i dont know the password of that e-mail en i have tried many things in the setting but nothing is working.

    i dont know if it is possible that someone at ea can change the setting for me if that is possible it should be nice if someone could do it for me

    Hey, please don't post emails here, we can't use it and we don't want folks sharing personal info.

    For getting logged in with an email you didn't create, it sounds like you'll want to contact support to have a look at your account. Once you have full control back, then hopefully you can get the cross-play blocker sorted out.

    In the meantime it might be helpful to test on your system with a new/throwaway account. If the issue persists on that one, it sounds like the issue is due to a local system setting.

    Hi David,

    i found the reason i cant play with friends it is because i have a children account.

    is it possible that this get change because i share my account with my sister (23) that also wants to play but cant right now, it is because i made the account on my xbox account that is jonger and my sister payd for wraith heirloom we both are pissed because we cant play right now.

    is it possible it can change
