How do I contact a person to help me I’ve been through the ringer with this bs
My apex legends account on ps5 got banned 5 months ago and now everytime I try to login it will show the same quote “this account is not permitted to play online” the same message you get when your banned I’ve deleted the game and redownloaded it logged out logged back in everything you can think of and it does let me in somtimes but I have to do the cat and mouse game of opening and closing the app for minutes even hours I tried to get Help on the ea website but it sucks I can never get actual help and everytime I try to talk to a person they say there’s nothing further they can do to help me I don’t wanna quit playing apex cause of how much money I’ve spent on it but I’m not gonna have a game downloaded I can’t play collecting dust and taking up storage
