I’m stuck in Orientation Matches

Apex legends dosent play it all happen like 2 weeks ago. I dont know how to fix. It Just appeared randomly it says orientation matches but it docente load it Just spins. The weird part is my account is old and i only had to do the OM once. So why now? And why cant i playa?

Can not join or play games with friends due to this bug please fix immediately!

I'm having this same problem on my Switch

I've tried changing server location, changing my wifi connection, restarting and shutting off my switch, still happens.

Can't invite anyone, can't start any mode, after a little while the modes are locked and only firing range, trios(orientation match) and training are clickable, but you cannot ready up for any of them

my rank/level doesnt appear over my character in lobby either.

everything else appears to be navigable

Another thing to note, I accepted the cross progression notif this morning, incase that helps isolate the bug since it's not specific to any console

Summarize your bug i launch the game, the cross progression pop up appeared & i pressed continue, it said that something with the cross progression was busy, then i go to the lobby & i noticed that i cant choose any game modes because im stuck in orientation matches, i cant see my current level nor the game modes

What do you expect to see? i cam go through the banner's without any problems to see my skins (on apex) the weapons & all but it wont let me play & i doesnt show the cross progression

I play on xbox series s and after getting the cross progression prompt, it says I need to play orientation matches even though i've been playing for well over a year or more. I also can't even ready up to play the orientation matches, my name and level above my character in lobby are also missing...
