So I got a redeem code from xbox that I’ll get a free battles pass from xbox So I redeem it I load in to apex And It says Xbox reward Battle pass And i DONT have it WHAT is going on

I got sent a message by Xbox gifting me a code with the battle pass. It’s their official account I made sure of it. I’m having the same problem. Xbox said I redeemed the code but every time I log into apex there is no pass.
Who do i contact to fix this

Xbox sent people, including me, a code for the battlepass in Apex Legends. After redeeming the code, we’ve all tried resetting the game and waiting some time but nothing happens

I had redeemed a code through xbox for the season resurrection battle pass and it shows in my add-ons for the game but whenever i launch the game the battle pass is still locked. Was wondering why it could be possibly doing this.
Having the same issue also but I noticed it has it as a dlc but still no access to the premium.
