[Megathread] blank match summary, missing the old ways event challenges

My challenges have completely disappeared of the side of my main menu now I can't see my challenges

What happens when the bug occurs? I no longer have any battle pass challenges, or challenges for the Old Ways event. Happened after I inspected bloodhound banner pose. Banner pose also has a red dot as if I had just received it after every game. Can no longer see any challenge progress. Match summary is also blank.
What should be happening instead? Should be able to see challenges and match summary still. Should be no red dot over the bloodhound banner pose as I have already inspected it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know? Happened to me when inspecting new banner pose for bloodhound from the Old Ways event.

After leaving the match I had no match summary. In the lobby my challenges are now gone, and there is a red dot as if I have not yet looked at the new Bloodhound Banner Pose every time I finish a match. Attached is an image of the lobby screen (which is compressed in an archive file as it was too large) and an image of the match summary.

Same here. Happened after I opened the new banner pose from the event.

Hello!

It's been over 10 hours that I'm facing this issue, as for now my main issues are:
- I cannot see any quests/challenges by the right side.

- Everytime I get an item through the event (or the last I got, which was around when the issue started), it shows the Red sign as there is a new one, I click, equip, everytime I relog it comes back up showing as new, rollbacking

- By the end of the match I get a blank screen without any information, I mean, the layout is there, no info filled.

What have I done thus far:

Followed every step on the advanced troubleshoot guide provided by the EA Help, which doesn't make any sense because the issue only happens with ONE account, if I use another on the same PC/connection, it works correctly.

Reinstalled, repaired, ran as administrator, cleaned Origin's cache, backed the latest cloud version of my profile from the cloud.

Talked to the support team for about 5 hours straight, which they said "We have done everything, all you can do is wait for it to be solved by itself, meanwhile you can open a topic to gain the attention from the developers", which is beyond absurd, no SLA, no ETA, no escalation, just I don't care, not happening to everyone, find yourself a way to get in touch with someone that can help.

Tried logging the account on another PC, from another country (remotely), hence using different OS, different connection, servers, same issue.

Any thoughs?

I opened apex pack and got Tilvalhall pose FROM apex pack I don't had enough event points at the moment but after I have obtained enough points my game crushed at the time I have re entered game my event missions have been gone and I'm not able to check my mission progress bar and not even daily missions
What should be happening instead? I should be able to check my progress in event

Ida (08/04/2020 17:44:45): Yes, I have now everything register in your case, I talked with the specialist's team and they believe that it is an issue that The studio will have to look into. they are waiting a few more cases like yours to the studio check. Your case now is with this team.
