[Megathread] Grand Soiree Event Challenges Gone.

What happens when the bug occurs? The grand soiree event is no longer on the game at all, my challenges are not available (like I can't even see them), the game is glitching around, and challenges on my boyfriends playstation says they aren't done even though we have beyond completed them, when the event loads it says my play game challenge and damage challenge aren't competed even though they were completed last night.
What should be happening instead? The grand soiree event should be available and the challenges should be viewable.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. But it needs to be fixed ASAP.
I literally don't have access to the event, my challenges, or any of the event store. I'm super pissed, especially where these game modes only last for 2 days. This is a huge issues and makes playing the game impossible. Not to mention the fact I haven't gotten the past few weeks weekly challenges. The one or two times I've gotten the event to load, it says my damage challenge and play a game challenge aren't completed even though I completed them last night.
