My heirloom shards was spent by hacker

What happens when the bug occurs? My account was hacked and the hacker spent my heirloom shards. Now I cannot buy the heirloom I want, instead, I got a Wattson Heirloom. (Which I obviously do not want)
What should be happening instead? I should be able to buy the Heirloom that I want....
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Refund my Heirloom shards and disable the Wattson Heirloom that was bought by the hacker

Your best bet after that would be to contact support, as nothing can be done on AHQ to assist with these kinds of account-related issues.
