Octane Record Breaker Loading Screen Missing

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Loadout - Game Customization, equiping Octane's loading screen.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Nothing, after the game was updated my loading screen was automatically set to default.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 07.09.19 (I don't know the exact date I've lost it, last I checked was 07.09.19)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? -
What should be happening instead? I should have received my Record Breaker loading screen for Octane once I've reached level 94.

I bought Battle Pass level up to 100 (around 11 August) and have unlocked everything, and equipped Octane's Record Breaker loading screen. Then after an update, my loading screen was automatically set to default. I went to the cuztomization menu and found that I am missing one of the 10 loading screens you get from the battle pass. Re-downloading the game didn't resolve the issue.

Hey, can I check if you bought BP levels or grinded them up "naturally"? Also it looks like you hit 110 In early July, is this right?

Do you happen to have an image of your loadscreens page with the Octane banner missing?

Hey EA_David,

I bought all 100 battle pass levels the first day when season 2 rolled out and grinded the last 10 levels to level 110 in maybe 2 days. So yeah reaching level 110 in early july sounds about right. That day I still had the load screen, but it disappeared half way thru the season. I asked a friend of mine that grinded thru all the levels if the same thing happened to him, but he says he got the load screen and still has it. 

I provided you with some screenshots from my load screens and as you can see that's the only one missing.

Hope you got enough info to get this fixed.

Suddenly.. my octane loading screen disappeared! 

its called (record breaker ) 

i bought all the battle pass .. but it disappeared 

It's a known bug, on their bug tracker. It has to do with the requirements to earn it being weird. They're fixing it. 

I am also missing this loading screen and still hoping for resolution.

@EA_David , any chance you would be able to help me?
