Payment Failure Got Me Banned From Apex :l

Just as the title says I got banned on Sunday a few hours after I purchased $5 in apex coins from the new EA store in order to get the spooky pathfinder skin, I found out yesterday when I tried to log into the game, I didn't got a reason as to why I got banned or an email about the reason or the ban itself. They just said, hey, your account has been disabled and we have permanently blocked you from accessing this product :D
I had to search the reason of the ban on my own and turns out the payment failed, EA literally banned me because I tried to give them money using their new store, the charge appears on my bank account as a pending transaction.
I appealed after I got banned but before I found out it was due to the payment failing and turns out I can't add the information into my case/ticket since EA scuffed that up or something, every time I click resume case it takes me back into the status of my account
My card works perfectly fine in every website, has never given me issues before and I have the money to pay for the coins so instead of sending me a new payment confirmation, an email so I can get in touch with EA customer support or something reasonable, they decided to ban me, yay EA :l
- @rngdanny Quick update, I was unbanned about a week after this post.
The TOS team kept rejecting my appeals so I appealed over and over and over until I was unbanned, the TOS team didn't really sent me any email about the ban, being unbanned or anything related to the ban, instead they sent me an email saying:
"Hello,
We saw some unusual activity on your EA Account.
To keep your EA Account safe, we have reset your password."
After I received the email I paid for the coins using steam and basically waited thinking that I was going to be banned like they banned me a few hours after the first ban overturn.
I wasn't banned again and while I paid another $10 through steam to get this season battle pass, I'm still mad with TOS team and EA, I was banned, unbanned and then banned again just for giving trying to use their store and when I was finally unbanned again they didn't even mentioned the issue...
I love apex but I hate EA so I guess I'm just in a weird toxic relationship with the game and even if it the whole ban situation was backhanded and unfair I'm just glad I was unbanned ¯\_(•-•)_/¯
