账号被误封，怎么解禁，求帮助谢谢！
封禁的前一天卸载了游戏，直到今天游戏封信又重新下了回来，登录游戏界面就显示EA账户禁玩，搞不懂这是为什么，有什么解禁的办法吗，求求啦！！很想玩！！
