Appeal for Account Ban
Dear Apex Team,
I am writing to you about my account, which was permanently banned on 05/23/2024. I did not receive a clear reason for this ban at the time.
My Ban History:
- I was first banned on 07/20/2021 and could not play the game from that date because my account was restricted.
- On 05/23/2024, my account was permanently banned.
In a message from EA, I was told:
"We have determined that your EA account broke the EA rules.
Because we detected cheating activity on your account, we have permanently banned your online access to Apex Legends."
I want to make it clear that I have never used cheats in Apex Legends or any other games.
Player Reports:
From the logs, I know that I received three reports from other players:
- 2 reports claimed that I used an "Aimbot."
- 1 report claimed that I used "No Recoil" or "Infinite Ammo" cheats.
These reports were made by players and not by the Anti-Cheat system.
No Evidence from the Anti-Cheat System:
According to my logs, the Anti-Cheat system found no suspicious activity on my account. The ban seems to be based only on player reports, which might be incorrect or misleading.
My Game Data:
My game data shows no suspicious activity:
- Character used: Revenant
- Stats:
- Career kills: 6,202
- Career wins: 302
- Career damage: 2,198,402
- Twitch Drops:
I regularly received Twitch Drops and rewards, showing that my account was actively and fairly used. - Loadouts and Emotes:
Normal loadouts, such as Skydive emotes like "Bangalore Backflip" and "Revenant Snake."
Previous Support Contact:
I have tried multiple times to solve this issue with your support team. Here are my ticket numbers:

I no longer have the evidence I sent earlier, but I hope you can find it in your records.
Request for Details:
I kindly ask for specific details or evidence regarding my ban:
- What exactly did the Anti-Cheat system detect that led to my ban?
- Which actions or matches were flagged as suspicious?
- Are there any game logs or evidence proving a rule violation?
Summary:
I believe this ban is unjustified. My game data shows no suspicious activity, and the player reports might have been incorrect or misunderstood.
I have been playing Apex Legends since February 2019 and have invested a lot of time, effort, and money into my account. I kindly ask you to review my case again, as this account is very important to me.

If you've already contacted support, and they've replied that the ban was applied correctly, it means that they have checked the account already.
Unfortunately, there's nothing else to be done in this situation.
