Ballistic should get 4-8optics on purple longbow

Ballistic should get 4-8optics on longbow of his third weapon when he gets purple shield,not 2-4. .Longbow belongs to sniper rifules,not markman weapons.So it's ok to have 2-4 in mixtape.But in battle royale,how can it has 6xoptics at blue and turn to 2-4optics at purple?
