Ban appeal

I’m pretty sure my Apex Legends account was unfairly suspended. You should double check, check the first person view and match replay, and lift the ban. My account has been used for many years,In 2024, 99% of my gaming time on Steam is spent on Apex Legends. I have never used cheats, I have no ban history, and I have a lot of recharge records. The way you handled the situation has greatly disappointed normal gamers. Can you look at the replay, you will never make such a ban. I entered a mixtape mode full of bots. I was just playing the game normally, why was my account banned?

Why don't you guys fix the problem of servers being full of AFK bots?
Why not ban real cheaters?
Why aren't normal gamers treated fairly? Think there are too many daily active users?

EA help The appeal always declines, what the hell are you doing?
