Appeal friend's ban
Hello EA! Can you please unban my friend. He got banned last week because of hate speech/ bad conduct but it's not him. He lets his little brother play all the time when he's away at work and he kept trash talking/cursing too other players, and we told him too stop multiple times cause he's gonna get his brothers account banned and he didn't listen and now my friend has his account banned. He tried too appeal it but they said no and won't change it back. And he can't appeal it again cause there's a case already open. Please please help him get his account back 🙏.

While it's great you're trying to help a friend, I'm afraid you cannot appeal an action on his behalf.
The registered account owner is responsible for the activity on their account, which is why we do not support account sharing - even with siblings. If that behavior took place on that account, that account will be penalized for it.
If your friend thinks an action was taken incorrectly, your friend will need to appeal with these steps - we cannot do this on his behalf, nor can you or anyone else. Thanks!
