BalladalidilaAFAIK "Community Manager" usually does mean they're salaried personnel. Of course it's the weekend now, so I doubt they'll answer today.
IMO even canned responses are good, especially on things like bugs and UI concerns (including the thread about just the plain "Wins" tracker currently not being available at all, not even to purchase with crafting metals, if you didn't get them for all legends from past seasons' battle passes). "A ticket has been opened for this potential bug", "This is a known issue and we are investigating a fix" would be nice.
Even on the TTK topics there could at least be a "we are monitoring the situation in-game as well as the discussion here on the forums" would at least confirm that someone is even reading the forums. Even if the forum complaints about the TTK are probably going to have less weight in internal discussions than actual gameplay & shop metrics and statistics.
