While you find the word harmless it can mean everything to them.Looking at how the world is unfolding at this time some words are not acceptable. I've seen him in my games a few times in the days afterwards, unpunished.The main point is the system is a bunch of bs and doesn't work. Don't come on here being a SJW defending a flawed system.

@Anonymous I am not offended i gave example. You broke the TOS there is nothing more that can be said. You can not defend your actions you was banned for your actions because they broke the rules of the game.Most fail to read the TOS so i understand.

@Anonymous It does not state you can not use bad words. It is when you direct it at players who are upset about the words used. In your case yes the other guys was completely in the wrong as well never said they wasn't. Problem is both those guys reported you. I can understand some making choices in game or saying things that can upset you but as I said when it happens to be I ignore it.You know how much hate I catch being series 3 pred 20 bomb 4k on 5 legends to drop and get jumped by a team and my team instantly comes out with fake pred you are noob yada yada. Without even knowing I was just punched out by 3 while they looted. I catch all kinds heat I wont lie. I do dumb things I try to 1v9 because to me its super fun despite how my team feels. They can either join or they can sit back and watch me die or win.When comes to them I just mute them or leave the game. I wont play with children who like to think they can just talk to people how they wish. I grew up southern. I was taught to treat people with same respect I'm being treated. They run their mouth their lose their best player on the team who would benefit them the most.Some are flat out just rude and cruel but I'm better then that I just ignore it.

@AnonymousDang man sorry but E9ine destroyed you in this conversation. I have been banned before just take the hit, it sucks but complaining won't help. As far as toxicity and sensitivity. Keep in mind ppl are struggling. Depression is rising, domestic violence, and mental health struggles are a real thing. My wife is a teacher, she is working more and getting paid the same my hours have gotten cut, not drastically but when your use to overtime hours it hurts. Holidays are here ppl miss their families, some cant afford what they are use too its a stressful time, just try to keep that in mind. These guys sounded wrong and it probably wasn't fair but it is what it is and you can be a bigger person.

i also got banned coz of the R word.
wish the game would give u a warning (ingame) of your behaviour before banning you.
reason why i will not buy anything form this game ever again.im ok recicling the original seaon 1 battepass over and over.

I agree we need to be sensitive and kind. But we also need to remember FREE SPEECH is precious and we are removing it word by word.

It is their game their rules. If they cant be followed then you meet the fate of a ban. If you dont report people for hate speech or threats then the staff will never know.

It is not a flawed system. Yall are flawed players who think you can disrespect anyone because things didnt go your way. Learn some respect learn to care of others.

I am glad you are banned we need less toxic players. You earned exactly what you was given. I say this as someone with Aspergers. I would of had you banned also on the spot. Just some things you cant say to people. You cant call people names because they didnt do as you wanted them to do. Everyone makes mistakes yours was using wrong choice of words.

@E9ine_AChow old are you? I'm 35 and I'm lucky enough to remember the times before people started spewing meme words like "toxic". We played on dedicated servers and everyone was able to say pretty much what they wanted. Saying couple of bad words hurt nobody and the spirit was care free and non-toxic. Now a days everything is toxic because these people make it a big deal. All this over sensitivity is just making everything more toxic. If I would have said to someone in those times in couple years you get banned and placed into a watchlist for saying r-word everyone would have called me insane and laughed.

And in my case I was just responding to pair of 20-30 year-olds shittalking to me on voicecom. They said hella lot worse to me than r-word.

We are getting closer and closer unholy * child world of Demolition man and Idiocracy.
EDIT: This post just further proves my point, horrible words like s-h-i-t and b-a-s-t-a-r-d get censored. This is just pure madness.

@Anonymous I am actually your age. But I have also worked for quite few big name companies as well as sub contracted by some. This is quite normal for most games. It did not use to be so serious and was quite lax.

Again the word used would refer to someone with my condition or worse. This is hate speech just as racial names. Both define someone very wrongly both are classified the same. It was morally wrong and it broke the TOS. There is nothing more that can be said. There is no excuse for why as the mute button works as does just leaving the game after reporting them.

This is no different then if your friend jumped off a bridge into water would you? Well you did in terms of stooping to their level.

@E9ine_ACwhere do people get conditioned to be so oversensitive? I'm diagnosed with aspergers too and it has absolutely nothing to do with r-word and you shouldn't be offended by it. In fact if I were as sensitive I'd get offended by you suggesting so. People have gone insane. STOP GETTING OFFENDED IN OTHER PEOPLES BEHALF YOU ARE NOT HELPING ANYONE.
