I totally agree with u but it is so unfair that people who spend money on this game and support it since day 1 dont get what they want and people who are like level 15 and level 20 are getting heirlooms. It so sad and unfair
Heirloom shards are different from regular items.
Even if you unlocked everything other than heirlooms its not garenteed you would get one untill you open 500 packs. 1 in 500 bad lucky projection.
I think getting heirlooms in packs is a fairly new thing right?
R.I.P to the wallets of people who bought the LTE packs.
So other than wraiths heirloom, you wouldn't have gotten it anyway without extreme luck because they were not in the loot pool. So most of the packs you opened across your lifetime might not have mattered.
Get lucky or continue to burn money if you want a virtual item in game so badly.
Ultimately I think people sre just mad they can't straight up buy the heirlooms well you could for two of them during their events and package thing that happen a while ago.
