If you buy a third party adapter you can use keyboard and mouse on ps4
Fortnite has allowed this, will it also be allowed in this game?
Would matchmaking be based off that?

Well yeah, it kinda does. But so does Gamecube Controller compared to Joycons when playing Smash Ultimate and Ps4 or xbox controllers compared to arcade controllers when playing Street fighter. This hole “MS and KB belongs to PC and Controllers belong to Consoles” is comepletly stupid and double standards. It’s like a Joycon user begging for Nintendo to disable Gamecube Controllers because “It affects match up and such”.
It’s just a bunch of * who are scared to fight against people who use different controllers. Literally a fortnite player who literally plays it on his phone was able to 1v1 against a PS4 player.

If you are playing it on console, be fair and use your regular joystick. C'mon, if you wanna play with M/K go to PC.

- Sad to see EA don.t listen to majority of people but find more interest in some * comment like this guy'z above...why the fk you woud eat such a trash, smelly * dude, you just like typing arround like a * or something? The players that will come from a m/kb ps4 or s(uck)box will be introduced in the same room with PC players...it AINT no FKIN dfiierence Mr. TRASH sir... the game is out there for a while already, I have seen thousand of people asking for this m/kb update on the game for consoles but no one cares still...I only have a ps4 pro, no money and no use for me to buy a pc or whatever...for me Apex Legends does not exist, I've try it in the first days, felt totally horrible and that was pretty much everything( tough I play Fortnite almost every day with a m/kb, I get mixed with PC players and everything is perfect)...but playing shooters on a joystick just makes the game feel totally TRASH...dsn.t matter anything else...so I guess EA it.s happy with the numbers of players they have already... they don.t want any more ^_^. Farewell Apex Legends today is the unistall day, you ain.t worth the space on hdd!!!
