Step 1: Open your config (C:\Users\<user>\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local\settings.cfg)
Step 2: Put these two lines at the end:
bob_yaw "0"
bob_pitch "0"
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Profit! (Possibly, I haven't tried this yet because I don't know the default values. But it apparently worked in Titanfall and Titanfall 2.)

This seems to work, but you need to set it to read only afterwards, because the game re-writes all the settings when the game is closed.

l'll test this tonight - has anyone confirmed that it works?
I notice the head bob so much more on faster characters when running in the open and trying to spot teams...
