    It is unacceptable. 

    EA does not take this type of thing lightly. They do not tolerate hate speech or the like.

    If you can’t report in-game for some reason or need to report something that happened online, give EA the details right here on EA Help: (takes a moment to load for me)

    Hopefully this is just the start of your conversation with EA about this. I would include a link to your youtube video in this report.

I have personally just encountered a very racist player using extreme vulgarities against me. I can’t report him in game because he is on a PlayStation and I am on an Xbox. When I report him per the ea player report form they tell me nothing can be done. I have the audio with video evidence to prove everything I am saying. I have no way to get that evidence to EA. EA keeps ignoring me. Are they pro racism? Pro Vulgar language and abuse? This is unacceptable and goes against their “code” of conduct yet they refuse to help me.
