Rev definitely needs a buff. Rn I feel like he is the worst champion. I like the silence idea, however I think his ultimate needs a buff. It lasts for such a short period of time that you can't put the totem anywhere in a safe place. His ultimate is complete garbage and is basically useless.

I completely disagree. He's not useless or underwhelming at all, the reason I think he needs buffs is because he still doesn't have much of a place in this attacker focused meta despite him being labelled an assault Legend. He lacks mobility and has limited use in solo queue because his ultimate requires coordination to get the most out of.
The best buff they could give him is unlimited climbing, so he has vertical mobility and more of a reason to be used in solo queue.
