P2020 and Ash NEEDS to get nerfed
I just got into apex again and almost every game i played so far i run into an ash using the p2020. I get they are good but its too good and they both need to be nerf. The p2020 does so much damage super quick and i die before i really have a chance to kill them. And with ash she is just super annoying because they push and 3rd party almost every fight and snare you anytime they can, then they spam their double jump making it very hard to hit them. And when you are finally about to kill them they run away with their ultimate and double jump then come back later to try and kill you again. Its even worse with the solos gamemode because almost everyone is using ash and the p2020, like one time i got pushed by 3 different ashes rocking the p2020 at the exact same time right after i killed someone. We currently have the option to get a Sword as a universal heirloom , many know it was originally going to be newcastles one.( we r not getting legend specific heirlooms because universals sell more) What if we could buy a 4th variant . There are currently 3 colors people can buy, what if there was a 4 th option, it costs a bit more in terms of exotic shards but it includes slightly changes visuals and colors to make the sword really look like newcastle s heirloom and lore specific animations for him . universal heirloom have to look more generic to fit any legend , while the old legend specific heirlooms look tailored for the legend and they would look completely wrong in other hands. Using this 4 th option would not only keep universal heirlooms as thy are but also give hardcore fans the option to get a legend specific heirloom for a legend that hasn t gotten one. The fact it costs a few more exotic shards could also alleviate the extra work of making the model slightly different , to make it fit the original legend more and adding the 4-6 animations for the legend . This would be a win-win. Everyone gets their cake, normal players get to buy 1 universal that they use for every legend and a color variant while hardcore fans can get a heirloom for their main if they choose so. To finish my collection of heirlooms I still need the Ballistic , Conduit and Alter ones . using this technique would make such a thing possible, I don t mind paying X amount of extra exotic shards for their legend specific versions. And I m sure that the venture , mad maggie , catalyst mains would be happy too. I hope that some dev can see this idea and pitch it to some boss.
