Same console cheaters/smurfs

We all know the new reporting functions allow us to now report Smurfs and a few other stuff like game abandonment, but since we can only report xbox players if we are PS4 or PS5 and vice versa, is their a ETA on when this system will be properly fixed, because and it's not just the Australian servers, but a lot of the other servers too as there isn't many players, for example Australia servers the Duos on console doesn't exist, so in trios it's putting a lot of us altogether and we get a lot of both, each day i am reporting smurfs in pubs and arenas, some who try to freeze the matches for a couple of seconds every five or so seconds so they can get easy kills, players moving like they use a keyboard and mouse due to xim and you can even hear them if they got their headset mic open and you just hear clacking of keys and whatever else they do to cheat. 

I know we got a option of going to the website and reporting them and doing it that way, but writing down a name or screenshot from mobile phone if you remember to use it or doing whatever and then going to your computer or logging in through phone by then you either forgot the persons name or you hope to not run into them again, though sometimes you encounter the same players at least 2 - 5 times a day if your unlucky.
