What is happening to my account.

I got sanction 11/Feb/25 1:23AM UTC.

I wasn't play the game that day so I thought I was hacked my account.

I sent the email about my situation and 2 days later, they sent me back that my sanction is removed.

BUT STILL I'M IN SANCTION.

Either EA doesn't care about it or send FAKE E-mail to mocking me.

Is there anyone who exprience same situation like me?

    Hey there, 

    Do you get any error messages when trying to launch your game? Or are you stuck in a loop when trying to matchmake?
