I feel like this forum of feedback being overall about anything, I for example would like to have a specific forum about my fav champion so at least my suggestions would be seen by someone because the way of how it is now, if i put my suggestions/feedback about my champion, they would go to waste.

With the old forums (AHQ) there used to be a separate section purely for legend feedback, though this was removed because it wasn't really seeing a lot of traffic and it would've been better to merge those sections into one so they would get more visiblity.
With the new forums now, we have a system to add tags to posts. Currently you can add a tag "Legends" to your post, that way other forumgoers will know that this post is related to legends. Then I would also make a proper title to indicate about which legend it's about and what you want to give feedback on.
Of course separate tags could be made for each legend, though I personally feel like that would clutter up the tag system quite fast due to the amount of legends in the game.
