11500 Apex code but it was not credited to my account.
Today I received a code for 11500 apex coins and used it but it did not reach my account. What should I do? Can you help me? When I try again it says this code has been used.

For which platform was the code & which platform are you playing on?
If I recall correctly, coins for a specific platform require you to log in once on that platform before it's granted. (e.g. Xbox-specific coins require you to log in into Apex via Xbox at least one time)Though if that's not the case, you'll have to boot the game up via the EA App (PC) once to receive the coins.
