Apex account banned

I have no idea why my APEX account has been suspended! After! It was banned once and it was automatically unblocked the next day after I played for about 50 hours.

Right now, my Steam game time is about 900H, and orange game time is about 120H, but it is banned again because of machine code? Or was it hacked into? I don't understand!

I had a career high of 4200 damage, legendary tokens approaching 200k, and two family heirlooms. Would I cheat on an account with close to 1000H of playtime? I don't think so!

I cherish my account very much and never lend it out. I feel very sad when it is banned. I don't understand what agreement 6 is. And I can't find out the reason why I was banned, because I have too many legendary tokens, so I can't check the game records, and my career damage is also very high. Seven days before being banned, I also recharged to buy miko's heirloom. When I was at level 500, I recharged about 1200RMB to get raven bite heirloom. I have complained for three times, but I could not solve the problem. I just told me that I could not give a reply on this matter, or you could tell me how to check my game record! I met a lot of cheating players in the game, they are all 20-30LIVE small, or the same sentence, who will take a game time 1000H account to cheat, I think only hackers, that kind of number stealing people.
