@Appr5x I wish AHQ could do something to help you or offer you more advice. But unfortunately I don't believe any of us have access to your account information or the information regarding the ban.

Hopefully you hear a response soon. If you do manage to get your account unbanned, please be sure and set up two factor authentication. You want to do everything you can to protect your account. Good luck with the appeal.
