Cant play apex on playstation (5)

Hey, me and my friends have the same problem where we can’t play apex on PlayStation. We are all on PlayStation 5, and have tried downloading the PS5 version and PS4 version. Nothing works, it’s saying, “There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. Ui/userinfo.nut #38 [UI] Error formatting and localizing number ‘1’ ‘0’” it’s been going on for 3 days

Hey folks, this is being investigated and worked on.

For now as @CCbathwater said the temporary fix is to change your console language to English and should allow you to get in the game. Not an ideal fix I know but a temporary one.

@AlexDenSmukke Yeah, seemingly not a priority issue for Respawn to fix. Some EA person on here claim that you can change your console language to English and that fixes it. Not a proper solution but if you're really keen on playing, I guess that's the only solution on offer.

@EA_Rtas my game is stil down, been 3-4 days now. tried to delete everything and redownload but nothing, what more can i do?

Have you tried changing the language on your console language to English as mentioned above?

For this particular issue, deleting and/or redownloading wouldn't have any effect unfortunately.
